Founded by a couple determined to break free from the volatility of the stock market, our journey began with a focus on residential real estate. But when a setback on the football field presented an opportunity for growth, our founder dove into learning all he could about real estate investing and quickly built a strong foundation in the industry.
As we continued to grow, we set out on a mission to expand our footprint into commercial multifamily and land development. With strategic partnerships and a commitment to building strong relationships in the places that we invest in, we have successfully ventured into new territories and are proud to be creating sustainable communities for future generations. CEO
Brandon Copeland
Brandon is a 10 year NFL veteran and a proud native of Baltimore, Maryland. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's prestigious Wharton Business School, where he honed his leadership skills both on and off the field.
Copeland has also developed a diverse range of real estate experience. He has investments across multiple real estate classes including residential, commercial and land development projects. With experience in multiple asset classes and a track record of success, Copeland is well-equipped to contribute to the growth and revitalization of every community that he invests in.

Taylor Copeland
Taylor is the Chief Financial Officer of BTC Investments. She is an accomplished professional with a strong background in finance and strategy. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, she quickly rose through the ranks to supervisor at McMaster Carr.
For the past 6 years, she has worked as a Finance and Strategy associate at Google. In addition to her successful career, Taylor is also a dedicated mother of two and takes pride in balancing her work and personal responsibilities.
