Triadelphia marked a significant milestone for the Copeland brothers as it was their first half a million dollar project, with Chad serving as the project manager. This project also marked their first successful execution of a rent-to-own project, as their buyer fell in love with the final product, but also needed some flexibility to help her get into her dream home.

Medwick
Medwick was a defining moment for Brandon Copeland as it marked his first time serving as the sole investor and project manager for a flip. Embracing the value of hands-on experience, Brandon threw himself into the project relishing the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of full property renovation. Spending countless hours at Home Depot familiarizing himself with the costs and material qualities of every line item, Brandon knew this knowledge and experience would pay dividends in the future.
